CUHK Medical Centre (CUHKMC) will jointly organise the CUHKMC Obesity Walk 2024 on 27 October 2024 at the campus of Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, with the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
The walk aims to raise awareness towards obesity, and promote the health benefits of walking and exercise, especially for weight management. The 2-km route is suitable for participants of all ages, with warm-up sessions led by registered physiotherapist and engaging games with exciting prizes.

*T-shirt sizes are for reference only. We will do our best to fulfil each Participant's T-shirt size preference. In the event of a shortage in the chosen size, we will provide the closest available size. *T-shirts are only available in the above sizes. Young participants could wear appropriate sportswear and sneakers to participate.
