In celebration of the second anniversary of CUHKMC, we are offering a limited-time promotion. From 1 September 2023 to 31 October 2023 (both dates inclusive), Hong Kong permanent residents can enjoy 20% off*^{^} on selected endoscopy services (the “Offer”) at CUHKMC as set out below.

Offer Details

The Offer is applicable to the hospital charges of the selected endoscopy day services*^{^} as listed below:

• Oesophagogastroduodenoscopy (OGD)
• Colonoscopy
• Oesophagogastroduodenoscopy (OGD) + Colonoscopy

(each a “Selected Endoscopy Service”) 

*The Offer is applicable to the hospital charges in the package fee of the Selected Endoscopy Service only, and does not apply to doctor's fee (fees for surgeon/physician and anaesthesiologist), and items and hospital charges not covered by the relevant package fee.
^{^}The Selected Endoscopy Service must be conducted within specified time session(s) as a day procedure.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer is only applicable to Hong Kong permanent residents (each a “participant”), subject to these Terms and Conditions. In order to enjoy the Offer, each participant must present his/her original valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card prior to receiving the Selected Endoscopy Service at CUHK Medical Centre (“CUHKMC”). 
2. The promotion period is from 1 September 2023 to 31 October 2023, both dates inclusive, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
3. The Offer is only applicable to the hospital charges in the package fee of the Selected Endoscopy Services conducted within time session(s) as specified by CUHKMC from time to time as day procedure. 
4. The Offer does not apply to doctor's fee (fees for surgeon/physician and anaesthesiologist), and items and hospital charges not covered by the relevant package fee.
5. The Offer can only be enjoyed if the Selected Endoscopy Service is completed within the promotion period.
6. The Offer is on a first-come, first-served basis subject to the service availability of CUHKMC and the participant’s suitability to receive the Selected Endoscopy Service as determined by the relevant medical practitioner of CUHKMC at his/her sole discretion.
7. The Selected Endoscopy Service must be booked in advance by calling the Specialist Outpatient Centre of CUHKMC during service hours. 
8. CUHK Medical Centre Limited reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
9. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. Any fees paid for the Selected Endoscopy Service are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
10. The Offer is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
11. In case of any dispute, CUHK Medical Centre Limited's decision shall be final and conclusive.
12. For further details of the Offer, please contact the Specialist Outpatient Centre of CUHKMC.
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
14. In the event of inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
