From 17 November 2023 to 31 March 2024 (both dates inclusive), Hong Kong residents can enjoy 20% off on 20 selected Health Check Programmes (the “Offer”) at CUHKMC as set out below.

Terms and Conditions
- The Offer is only applicable to Hong Kong residents (each a “participant”), subject to these Terms and Conditions. In order to enjoy the Offer, each participant must present his/her original valid Hong Kong Identity Card prior to receiving the relevant Programme at CUHK Medical Centre (“CUHKMC”).
- The promotion period is from 17 November 2023 to 31 March 2024, both dates inclusive, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- The 20% off offer does not apply to Health Plus Check-up Scheme opt-in items, Health Plus opt-in items, and items not covered by the Programmes.
- In order to enjoy this Offer, each participant must make an appointment for each Programme he/she wishes to participate in and complete each of such Programme on or before 31 March 2024.
- This Offer is on a first-come, first-served basis subject to the service availability of CUHKMC.
- The Offer must be booked in advance during the promotion period by submitting the online appointment enquiry form above. A booking is considered confirmed after a confirmation by SMS/WhatsApp is sent by CUHKMC to the participant.
- CUHK Medical Centre Limited reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. Any fees paid for the Programme(s) are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
- The Offer is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
- In case of any dispute, CUHK Medical Centre Limited's decision shall be final and conclusive.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
- In the event of inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
