Applicants not contacted by CUHK Medical Centre Limited within eight weeks from the application closing date may assume their applications unsuccessful. All personal data collected will be kept for a period not more than 12 months from the application closing date, and will be destroyed thereafter.

Work Enrichment Leave providing staff with extra day off to pursue work-related knowledge, skills, and competency; and training credit system encouraging all staff to attain the designated training credits every year for continuous learning and career development are in place.

We adopt various ways of learning to match the training needs of our staff. Apart from traditional classroom training, on-line learning, interactive training workshops, design-thinking workshops and game-booths, etc are adopted to enhance the knowledge and competencies of our staff.

Building Own Human Capital & for the Industry

In July 2023, CUHKMC has been accredited as the American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Site and our in-house groomed BLS Instructors are delivering BLS Provider Training to CUHKMC’s employees.
