Important information
- Please wear comfortable clothing and avoid necklace or metallic accessories on the day of check-up.
- Avoid sleeping late, drinking or vigorous sporting the night before check-up.
- Please share with your doctor your current medication regimes, including those for chronic medical conditions, such as hypertension, diabetes and heart diseases.
- Please inform doctor if you are pregnant or plan to be pregnant to avoid conducting imaging scans like X-Ray, Mammograms, etc.
- Please follow the instructions of our medical team during check-up, and inform them immediately in case of any discomfort.
- Please contact CUHK Medical Centre for further details about the Programmes.
Terms and Conditions
- The Pink Month Special Discount (the “Offer”) for the breast health programme (the “Programme ”) is valid from 22 September 2025 to 31 October 2025, both dates inclusive, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- The Offer is only available at the Women Health Centre of CUHK Medical Centre, and only applies to timeslots and services managed by Registered Medical Practitioner(s), as designated by CUHK Medical Centre.
- The price under the Programme does not include fees and/or charges for any medication and treatments.
- The Offer is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the service availability of CUHK Medical Centre.
- Advance booking is required for the Programme.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
- The Offer is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and/or services, and any fees paid for the services under the Offer are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products and/or services.
- CUHK Medical Centre Limited reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of CUHK Medical Centre Limited shall be final and conclusive.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
