Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI) Accreditation
CUHK Medical Centre has attained the accreditation from The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI) on 8 July 2024. The recognition was granted after a comprehensive on-site assessment conducted by the survey team from 17 to 21 June, where all 856 applicable elements were met with no recommendations, in accordance with the 38 criteria in the 7th edition of the Evaluation and Quality Improvement Program (EQuIP7).

The Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS)
Pathology Service of CUHK Medical Centre has attained the accreditation from The Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS) in December 2021. HOKLAS medical testing standards are based on the requirements of ISO 15189: 2012, "Medical laboratories—Requirements for quality and competence". HOKLAS is a signatory to International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Mutual Recognition Arrangement and its accreditation is recognised globally.
