Insurance and Direct Billing

We have partnered with certain local and international insurers as well as third-party administrators to provide direct billing services to our patients.

Below is a list of our current medical insurance and third-party administrator partners, which will be updated from time to time. As different insurance policies / medical benefits plans offer different benefits, we recommend that you contact your insurance company or (in the case of employee medical benefits plans) your employer to better understand the policy / plan and the benefits to which you are eligible under such policy / plan and the direct billing arrangement between the insurance company and us PRIOR to appointment or admission.

CUHK Medical Centre Limited reserves the right to accept an insurance card and/or other documentation as a method of payment at its sole discretion.
