Terms and Conditions
The promotion period is valid from 1 September 2025 to 28 February 2026, both dates inclusive.
Each participant is deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon making an appointment registration for any Selected Radiotherapy Services listed above.
The Offer is only applicable to the hospital charges of the Selected Radiotherapy Services listed above.
The Offer does not apply to doctor's fee, or any additional items or hospital charges not included in the relevant package or itemised fee.
The Offer can only be enjoyed if a Budget Estimate for the Selected Radiotherapy Service is signed and the Selected Radiotherapy Service commences within the promotion period.
Each participant has to agree to and accept the relevant service terms and conditions of CUHKMC before receiving the services provided under this Offer.
The Offer is on a first-come, first-served basis subject to the service availability of CUHKMC and the participant’s suitability to receive the Selected Radiotherapy Service as determined by the relevant medical practitioner of CUHKMC at his/her sole discretion.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
The Offer is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services. Any fees paid for the Selected Radiotherapy Service are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
CUHK Medical Centre Limited reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, CUHK Medical Centre Limited's decision shall be final and conclusive.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
No person other than the participants and CUHK Medical Centre Limited will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
