Statement: Beware of Unauthorised Claims of
Partnership by Maternity Centres

CUHK Medical Centre Limited (CUHKMC) was recently notified by members of the public that certain maternity centres have represented to prospective customers that they are partnered or affiliated with CUHKMC. It has also come to our attention that the trade mark / logo of CUHKMC has been displayed on the website of such maternity centres without CUHKMC’s authorisation. CUHKMC has reported the case to the appropriate authorities and hereby clarifies that we have no partnership, affiliation, referral arrangement or commercial relationship of any kind with any maternity centre or similar organisation. No maternity centre or similar organisation has been authorised to use the name, logo and/or trade marks of CUHKMC. Members of the public should stay vigilant, and should always refer to our official website (https://www.cuhkmc.hk/) or call our General Hotline (Tel: 3946 6888) when in doubt.
