  • Upon receipt of registration, our staff will contact the applicant and send an application form. Applicants must complete and sign the application form and submit it, together with the required supporting documents, by email, post, or in person to the Specialist Outpatient Centre, 1/F, CUHK Medical Centre.
  • Applicants who preliminarily meet the eligibility criteria will be required to attend an initial consultation with a specialist and undergo ultrasound screening and pre-procedure examination at their own cost, so that their suitability for Histotripsy treatment can be assessed.
  • Applicants who are assessed by the doctor as suitable for the designated treatment and meet the eligibility criteria will receive confirmation from the Hospital regarding their participation in the Scheme.
Online registration serves as a preliminary application procedure and does not constitute confirmation of subsidy approval.
