何時需要進行人工關節置換？ (Only available in Chinese)

身體的關節軟骨會隨著年齡增長及每日的活動磨損而漸漸退化，而相關關節病變的機會率亦會增加。若不及早正視問題，關節問題有機會會嚴重影響病人的日常生活質素，當寸步難行時，便有需要接受關節置換手術，藉以更換受損、磨蝕或已病變的關節，有助恢復正常活動。若出現以下症狀，便有機會需要進行關節置換手術： · 各類關節炎：退化性關節炎、類風濕性關節炎、創傷引致之關節炎等 · 透過運動、藥物注射或物理治療，仍未能舒緩症狀 · 關節難以活動，嚴重影響外出及社交活動 · 長期關節腫脹疼痛，影響日常的心理狀態，造成焦慮、憂鬱或情緒低落

什麼時候需要更換關節？ (Only available in Chinese)

隨著年齡增長，骨質及肌肉流失的速度也會隨之加快，從而引發關節痛或出現關節病變，令患者出現下肢活動困難及疼痛，甚至出現變形，嚴重影響日常起居生活。若透過物理治療或藥物注射亦無法改善，患者或需接受關節置換手術，從而更換受損、磨蝕或已病變的關節，有助恢復正常活動。若出現以下症狀，便有機會要進行關節置換手術： -關節出現變形，外翻或內翻 -關節僵硬，無法屈曲或伸直 -長時間感到疼痛或腫脹 -上落樓梯、日常走路或蹲下再起來等動作遇到困難 -各類關節炎，如：退化性關節炎、類風濕性關節炎 -因關節創傷引致的軟骨退化或增生關節置換手術最常分為膝關節置換及髖關節置換，中大醫院關節置換門診可為患有各種關節問題或關節炎的病人提供全面的護理。
