Menstrual Health Clinic
Introduction

Menstruation is a vital sign for women, reflecting overall health and hormonal balance. However, menstrual disorders are remarkably common, affecting up to one-third of women during their reproductive years and significantly impacting quality of life.
Our Menstrual Health Clinic brings together a team of specialists beyond gynaecology—including psychiatrists, gynaecological oncologists, anaesthesiologists, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners—to provide holistic, integrated care for women with menstrual concerns.
Abnormal menstruation can be an early warning sign of endometrial hyperplasia or uterine cancer, conditions that are potentially curable if diagnosed early. Risk factors include age over 40, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), obesity, metabolic syndrome, Tamoxifen use, family history of gynaecological cancers, and Lynch Syndrome (HNPCC).
We understand that menstrual irregularities can cause significant physical and emotional distress, affecting daily life, work, and well-being. We are here to provide accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and personal management to safeguard your health and quality of life.
