Introduction

Our breastfeeding clinic is the first ever specialty clinic in private hospital directed by a doctor. Our medical team had the qualifications of International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) for over 20 years. All our team members are passionate on breast feeding. We are here to help solving problems encountered by mothers and babies during breastfeeding.

👩🏻‍🍼新生兒出生後，餵哺母乳是媽媽與寶寶之間的重要互動，但對於初為人父的爸爸來說，可能會感到困惑。今次，我們將分享爸爸如何協助媽媽餵哺，並講解奶泵的使用及維護、剖腹產後餵哺的安全性，以及母乳餵哺期間的水分攝取問題。這些將幫助父母更好地適應新生活，並提升母乳餵哺的機會。👶👍 ⁉️爸爸應如何協助媽媽餵哺初生嬰兒？ ➡️爸爸可以陪伴媽媽參加相關課程，藉以了解母乳餵哺的技巧。此外，提供支持和鼓勵也是非常重要，可以讓媽媽在餵哺過程中感到更安心。 ⁉️泵奶用具需要多久更換一次？ ➡️如果選擇用奶泵餵哺母乳，可以根據自己的需要選擇合適奶泵。奶泵毋須頻繁更換，但必須定期清潔，以確保衛生。 ⁉️開刀生產可否餵哺母乳？ ➡️無論是順產還是剖腹產，媽媽都可以餵哺母乳。 ⁉️餵哺母乳的媽媽應否不喝水？ ➡️媽媽選擇餵哺母乳，應該多喝水，以保持身體水分充足，這對乳汁的分泌非常重要。攝入足夠水分不單提高母乳的產量和質量，更能保持媽媽的健康和活力，及有效預防脫水。而水分的來源可以來自清水，特別是溫熱的水，另外炒米茶，養生茶水，湯水都是可以的。 ⁉️寶寶吃母乳時，還需要額外喝水嗎？ ➡️母乳含有超過八成水分，只要寶寶吃得足夠，就能滿足水分需求。因此，在寶寶的前六個月，即使在炎熱夏天，寶寶也不需要額外喝水。不必要的水分補充可能會導致寶寶減少對母乳的攝取，進而影響乳汁的產量，並增加感染風險。 ⁉️食止痛藥後是否不能餵哺母乳？ ➡️在哺乳期間，媽媽若需要服用一般藥物，如抗生素、傷風咳藥或止痛藥，通常都是安全的，可以繼續餵哺母乳。

迎接新生命的過程中，哺乳對每位媽媽來說至關重要。今次，我們將分享媽媽於全母乳哺餵哺時的最佳上奶方法、增加奶量的技巧、合適的飲食建議以及乳房護理等攻略！讓媽媽們能夠自信地面對挑戰，確保寶寶獲得足夠的營養與關愛。全母乳餵哺用什麼方法上奶最好？產前有充分的知識準備，可參加哺乳課程、閱讀相關書籍及網站，並與哺乳成功的媽媽多作交流，以增強信心，若遇到困難也懂得如何解決，不須驚慌。怎樣令奶量增加？媽媽要知道生產後的兩三天產奶少是正常的。不要看到寶寶用奶瓶能喝30至60毫升的奶，就覺得寶寶真的需要這麼多奶，正常的足月寶寶在出生前已經儲存足夠水分，產後要依賴寶寶頻繁的吸啜來慢慢上奶。可以吃什麼食物或湯水？產後應該保持一般健康飲食，選擇容易消化的食物，並以全穀天然和植物性食物為基礎。是否需要乳房按摩？建議產前自己進行乳房護理，輕柔地用普通潤膚膏按摩乳頭，以避免產後寶寶吸啜時乳頭乾裂。坊間的分娩前乳房按摩和產後的乳腺疏通真的有助減輕乳房不適和上奶嗎？媽媽的身體狀況非常重要，產前應該讓自己在身心靈上做好充分準備，緊張情緒只會妨礙上奶。另外，產前兩星期最好放下工作，調整生活作息，吸取陽光，進行適量的戶外運動，並在家中安排好餵奶的地方。

👩🏻‍🍼在哺乳的旅程中，敏感問題對許多媽媽來說都是一個重要的考量，特別是對於有濕疹、鼻敏感或哮喘病史的媽媽，了解如何透過飲食來降低寶寶敏感的風險至關重要。今次，我們將分享母乳和飲食之間的關係，並提供合適的建議，幫助媽媽們在孕期和哺乳期採取正確的飲食習慣，以保障寶寶的健康。👶👍 ⁉️母乳BB濕疹與媽媽的飲食有關係嗎？ ➡️濕疹是有遺傳性的，且與免疫系統有關。如果父母有濕疹，寶寶患濕疹的機會會較高。牛奶蛋白容易致敏，因此能夠餵母乳是最佳選擇。如果選擇奶粉，可以考慮特別配方。 ⁉️媽媽有濕疹、鼻敏感、哮喘病史，孕期和哺乳期的飲食有沒有方法避免將敏感體質遺傳給BB？ ➡️患有濕疹的父母應尋找方法治療自己，並注意飲食。適當的戒口可以配合濕疹的治療，通常需要避免的食物包括牛奶、雞蛋和小麥等，具體戒口內容因人而異。 ⁉️懷孕期有濕疹，可以治療嗎？若戒口，對BB有壞影響嗎？ ➡️懷孕期的濕疹是可以治療，並且戒口對於改善濕疹有幫助。只要謹慎選擇戒口的食物，通常不會對寶寶造成壞影響，反而能降低寶寶日後出現過敏的風險。
