    • You may refer to Specialist Outpatient Centre Consultation Schedule for information on consultation sessions prior to making an appointment
    • Referral letters are not mandatory. Patients are welcome to make an appointment for specialist consultation directly, though you are advised to provide one (if available) as it may help our specialists to better understand your medical background
    • A WhatsApp confirmation under the number (+852) 3946 6888 will be sent to you upon successful booking

    Registration & Pre-consultation Service

    To ensure a smooth admission process, please register at our Centre’s reception upon arrival. Our staff will guide you through the Pre-consultation Service following the registration

    First time visiting the Specialist Outpatient Centre?
    If you are visiting our Centre for the first time, you may scan the QR code at the reception desk to complete a pre-registration prior to entering the Centre. This arrangement helps streamline your check-in process while supporting our commitment to a paperless experience. To provide our medical team with access to your health history, you are encouraged to link your profile with eHealth during your first visit, in addition to bringing any relevent medical reports, scans, or test results.

     

    Documents Required:

     
    • HKID Card OR
      Other valid proof of identity (Birth certificate (for children under 11 years of age), passport or travel document(s) etc.)
    • Proof of identity of a parent/legal guardian (if applicable);
    • Referral/admission letter issued by your doctor (if applicable);
    • Referral/admission letter from the Hospital Authority (if applicable)
     

    Reminder

     
    • Insurance Arrangement: If you hold a medical insurance card or claim form issued by your insurer, please submit it at the time of registration. The first copy of your Insurance Claim Form is provided free of charge at the Specialist Outpatient Centre.     • Health Care Voucher: If you intend to use Health Care Voucher, please inform our staff at the time of registration

    Consultation / Examination

    Our doctor and medical team will conduct a consultation, examination, and relevant medical procedures according to your individual needs

    Payment and Follow-up Arrangement

    Payment

    Following your consultation or examination, please proceed to the designated cashier to complete the payment process. Alternatively, you may check out by using the Hospital’s self-service kiosk. This arrangement allows you to facilitate your payment with greater convenience.

    Follow-up Arrangement (If Applicable)

    If a follow-up consultation, hospital admission or further tests are required, the arrangement and process will be outlined to you at this stage. Please let our staff know should you have any enquiries or require any assistance in the process.

    Medication Collection (If Applicable)

    Our staff will provide you with clear instructions and direct you to the Hospital’s Pharmacy for medication collection.
